Shipping Information
We happily ship items from the What Youth shop to most locations globally. If you’d
like to confirm that we ship to your location please email hello@whatyouth.com.
Note: We’re currently setting up international distribution that should bring down international shipping time and costs dramatically.
For domestic orders, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. International
orders may take a bit longer depending on the destination.

Refunds and Exchanges
We’ll do whatever’s necessary to make you happy with your What Youth purchase.
Your satisfaction is our only concern.
Exchanges and refunds: If you aren’t totally happy with any What Youth purchase,
simply return it in saleable condition within 14 days with your receipt for an
exchange or a refund. Any refunds will be made through your original form of
payment. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. Print products are non-refundable unless faulty.
Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, with the exception of
returns of faulty products.

The only time we collect personal information is when you either purchase products
in our shop or subscribe to our Letters From What Youth.
Shop purchases: We collect your credit card and other payment information and use
it exclusively to process your orders or to better assist you when you contact us. All
credit card transactions are processed using a secure online payment gateway that
encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Letters From What Youth: By signing up for our Letters From What Youth, you agree
to the use of personal information such as your name and e-mail address to be used
to deliver our Letters. We may occasionally include information about products and
promotions that might be of interest to you. You can remove yourself from our list
at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button that appears at the bottom of our
Letters.
Disclosure of personal information: Certain personal information may be shared
within our network of suppliers or other third parties solely for the purpose of
processing your requests. All of our service providers are required to maintain
the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Otherwise we won’t
disclose, rent, sell or otherwise share your personal information without your
